I received an e-mail from my first student, Deepak that he passed his Step 2 Clinical Skills Exam. He was very excited about passing  and asked me if I would be willing to help his other friends.  After Deepak passed his exams, I got opportunity to teach Prabhdeep and Bilori and when they passed their exams it really instilled confidence in me to help medical students.  Deepak, Prabhdeep and Bilori being family friends helped me to design the concept of my workshop and came up with name- “99 Percentile”. I discussed the idea with other physicians who were interested in teaching and that’s how the team of “99 percentile” was formed.

99 Percentile is a Michigan based, Step 2 Clinical Skills center where the 99 Percentile team  (Paul Singh M.D., F.A.C.C., Harpreet Singh M.D.,  Adelynn Vilmann PA-C) will teach medical students and  international medical graduates regarding history, physicals, examinations and counseling. We have a qualified group of standardized patients who have experience in the medicine and have been further trained by our team to become specialized for our clinical center.

Others services which are offered by 99 percentile are editing of personal statements by Stephanie Cutcher and Emily McAlpine. A personal statement is the first impression of the student. 

We can also arrange the observership and externship for some students.
